    Are you serious?!

Did he really yell at Francis and told him to pass him the ball?

    *sniff...sniff...cries for joy*

Battie went off on Ming and the rockets didn't know what to do against the zone. The rocks made alot of good passes. I think 12 out of their first 13 baskets were off assists according to the Celt's announcer. Their shots just weren't falling. Also most turnovers were from making the extra pass and not from losing the dribble.

The only thing that dissappointed me was our rebounding and Posey. Yao could could not get a board to save his life and Posey can't shoot the ball to save his life. He even misses wide open alley oops. I think Posey's offensive game is as limited as Cato's. It it isn't a straight move to the basket, the guy has no clue.

EAT it Johnty, DavidS, and ALL OTHER FRANCIS HATERS IN THE WORLD!!! Say we only won because Francis was making his shots, say Yao didn't get enough attempts or touches (a lie, BTW, cuz it was nobody's fault), say whatever the crap you want, but honestly, none of those arguments make sense.

We only won because he was making his shots??? By GOD, you mean it actually helps a team when their leading scorer is shooting well!?!?!? What a revelation!!! I've never seen this before!!!

And please don't forget about his 9 assists, 9 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 steals, and only 2 to's. Say what you want about "how long it'll last", this is exactly what anybody should want from their leader.

Congrats to Mobley, I believe this is the first double-double of his career.

I'm proud of the guys for showing the mental strength to come back and win but we can't win many more games if we can't set up Yao in the low post.Even if he is being fronted he should be able to get near the basket against smaller 5's and then go for dunks. I know sometimes it's hard to pass to such a tall player but if Francis can get Cato involved with his alley-oops than he should try the same with Yao but the thing that he needs to do first is penetrate and pass the ball to him quickly. Yao also needs to be more aggressive and needs to improve his footwork and rebound more consistently.
Mobley deserves a lot of credit like Francis. Both of them really stepped up when needed but if we don't learn from our weaknesses we are going to get in big trouble.Complacency and poor team play has made things very tough for us. Let's see what happens next.

    That is easy, haha.

We let our centre shoot mid-range too; and we have a better mid-range shooting centre.

    :)

They said on the broadcast that this was his first ever. I haven't looked it up, but I wouldn't doubt its validity.

A most important win for the Rockets. They were playing like champions, it was so exciting when they came alive! Steve didnt have one assist to Yao Ming, not a good sign. Mobley and Francis played very well together though!

    Reasons why we came back....

    Hi people!
I evaluated the teams play tonight and can say i'm satisfied. Well, i'm satisfied partially by our guards play. Mainly the excellent Cuttino Mobley. I've always liked his defense. Holding his own against some of this best 2's that happen to be in the West is not easy. Sure he can get a bit erratic with his choices. But when we talk about trade rumors I hate to hear his name.
The options we have when in Steve and Cuttino when Yao draws that kind of defense is beautiful.
    Reason 1.
Cuttino has been rapidly waking up in games and coming on strong late.
He was just phenominal! If you ask me on the court he led that team to a comeback.
    Reason 2
Yao was on the court. Simply said that much defense on him left our guards open to create. It was ,again, beautiful.
there were obvious times when he was wide open and Steve totally ignored him. Thankfully it didnt matter since the shots were falling.
    Reason 3
Steve was playing good Defense. And importantly feeding off of Cuttino. If you ask me they need to do this more. But we shouldnt get so down on Steve about passing it to Yao. he does it even to his good friend Cuttino.Example: Steve dribbled it to the top of the key drew a double and left Cat right open on the left arc. WHat did he do? Forced it .Frustrating! You cant accuse Steve for not bringing it. With sore back and all scoring 30,dishing 9 dimes-whoa.

    Reason 4
James Posey had a great unsung game. Doing the little things that dont really go down on paper. I'm telling you if he does well we do well.Grabbing key rebounds and being active is what we need.

Above all , Ide say the way the guys fed off of each other was a key to the win. We dont need new players to win,we need some heighten basketball iq in large doses. Bc the talent is there. Sadly , it might take a few partings. :(

It's not his first. Look it up in his stat history if you want.
