When you got 12 pts in first Q and was the only player in hot hand, do you really need to rest him for 8 minutes? How many games left? Only 7 right? Why Yao can't play 40+ minutse while steve and cat played every night, even when he is shooting very well.

They worry that Ming may ask for a raise.

What we need to do from now on is to play Franchise the whole game every night to avoid getting moochie on the court.

    :D :D :D

Good news, we are tie at half time and according to the statistics, we are 5-0 when we are tie at half time.

Yao does not have the legs to play 40 minutes. Do you want to exhaust him and see him fall into a 3 game slump again? I would rather keep him fresh for the 2 half.

One point though - like the Milwaukee commentator said, the Rockets didn't call a single post play for Yao once he checked in last 2:30. Whats up with that?

If you gathered all Steve's 3's on fast breaks this season, it'd be over 40%. If the 3 is given to Steve/Cat/Posey/Rice on the fastbreak, they will be taken.

    gwatson86,

I guess Steve and Cat are not human?

Jeff, do you expect Yao to play every minute every night?? He played two minutes into the second, sat for 8 minutes, and came back in. The man is human, he has to rest sometime

If you asked Moochie what were you doing in the last play. He would not know, the real answer is dribbling. Larry Smith you must not play Moochie, except in an emergency!
PS. ( Moochie is good at dribbling).

Well, guys. I hope Rox lose all the remaining games, and Les gets pissed off and cleans up the whole house in the off season. So ROX will be a real fresh team next year.

its called better stamina mr. Wang. You know, something yao doesnt have because if you notice or not the guy walks up and down the court more often then run.

Also, Jeff, you forget Yao hasn't had more than a week or two in between playing nothing but basketball for a couple of years now. He's probably played a game more than 50% of the days of the last two years.

That's not my point. Yao can average 32 minutes every game, I have no problem with it. But You don't need to rest 8 minutes when you are in hot hand and we only have 7 games left. Yao usually play18- 19 mintes in first half whe Rudy was here, only played 16 minutes today when he was in hot hand.

its called better stamina mr. Wang. You know, something yao doesnt have because if you notice or not the guy walks up and down the court more often then run.

Steve is playing out of control, and we don't have a backup PG. So this doesn't bode well.

It's for the best that the Rockets lose. They do not deserve to go the playoffs. The Suns are playing better and they deserve to go to the playoffs.

I think Steve is so cold shooting because he has the man known as The Glove on him. He has that nickname for a reason. But that doesn't excuse his out of control play.
