I know, I was merely being sarcastic. It's just a shame to see players with guaranteed money being outplayed by rookies trying to make the team.

We might have to Matt Maloney him. Wilks looks a lot better.

Oh yeah, Boki sucks. Another turnover.

I mean, really. Who's ever heard of Peter Cornell, Alex Scales, Gabe Muoneke? Well, maybe Muoneke, but still. Boki is totally useless, which I've believed since we drafted him, but didn't want to say anything because EVERYONE just looooved Boki. Moochie is pretty much useless except maybe for his last second shots. Not a reason to keep him though. Amaechi is just a stiff. They're all being outplayed by a bunch of no-names like Cornell, Scales, Muoneke, Wilks, etc. People say we need change? How about some unproven guys? It's better than a bunch of guys who've already proved they've got no place on this squad.

The Rockets are pretty much auditioning 3rd unit players tonight, as most of the rotation is basically locked. It's pretty much guaranteed that you won't see any play like this when the games count, and we won't be seeing a lot of these players around when the season starts anyway.

Wilkes sounds better than Moochie. He has 4 points. How is his passing? I'm assuming that he doesn't dribble the ball around and looks to pass quickly.

Yes, and their 1st and 2nd teams have a larger proportion of playing time compared to the Rocket's 1st and 2nd teams.

    Plus they don't have Moochie.

Stop with the negativity guys. Francis and Cat had practically no time and Yao didn't even play. Our 3 best players were not the focus of the offense tonight, and POR kept their better guys in for a lot longer - chill out, the Rockets are gonna kick @$$ this year, but right now we are evaluating the guys who are trying to earn a roster spot.

Woohoo! 80 points! Man, it's a slaughter alright, but the talent we've got to choose from is pretty good. I'm thinking...

PG - Francis, Wilks, Moochie (only cuz he has to be here)
    SG - Mobley, Piatkowski, Scales
SF - Jackson, A. Griffin, Nachbar
PF - Taylor, E. Griffin, Muoneke
    C - Yao, Cato, Cornell

Leave Moochie, Nachbar, and whoever else on the IL and we've got us a squad.

People need to be reminded that 4 of the Rockets rotation players did not play tonight: Yao, A. Griffin, Pike, and Mo Taylor. New coach with new offense and defense, all considering did a pretty good job tonight.

I'm sure they will get plenty of minutes the next game and a few guys who played alot today will rest. You can only give out so many minutes when you have that many players on your preseason roster.

Their scrubs are better than ours, no big deal. All I know is that Boki needs to go.
