THANK YOU! Steve is shooting 49 percent. A Pg shooting 49% and being insulted daily. That is insane. I can see why Rockets' fans are considered as some of the worst fans in pro sports.

This is pathetic, we win a game we are in command the whole way, and most of you guys(not you Jeff and some others) are still playing who can we bash on the Rockets today?

Does optimism even exist for some of you?

They must know something, they're in the NBA making big bucks with a winning record.

Heh heh...OH YES WE DID. :)

That's why we got our butt kicked in in 1995; enter Clyde.

Besides, Steve has more talnet around him today than Dream did collectively.

1986, 1994 (for sure) and 1995 (Clyde was the x-factor!).

Rockets fans aren't considered the worst in pro sports. Attendance has been low since Hakeem left, but the team has not been very good. Every team has low points.

Pass to the open man instead of going 1 on 3? Crazy I know.

Great win! The Rockets played very well for 31/2 quarters. This team is very talented. I think the Rockets can achieve great results this year if Steve and Cuttino follow the new Rockets media slogan: "Believe again" regarding their teammates. If they believe in their teammates and believe they don't have to carry us, (like they did well most of the night) we will do well.

And Terry Hawkins is quite the find (although I don't know why Rudy suddenly has Nachbar on hiatus). :)

Maybe Francis has more talent around him, it's debatable, but there's one thing that isn't debatable, the talent Dream had was MUCH more experienced then the talent around Francis, and there makes a major difference. When it comes to the playoffs, a seasoned team with a thin bench more often then not will be an inexperienced team with a wealth of depth.

Yeah you did. See I expected your actual basketball IQ to be about 3 (give or take 2). Now if that's better than my actual then...:D

Making big bucks and beating Denver and Toronto mostly without their best player means a whole lot in this league.

Just as some say, it's just ONE LOSS, I can say, it's just ONE WIN
    (tonights game).

    Remember, Vince Carter was where?

It's easy to be happy-happy-joy-joy when we crush the Vinceless Raptors.

But, you'll see what I see when we play the Kings, Lakers, Blazers,
    Nets, and Spurs.

The games will be closer and these bad habits will show up like a sore
    thumb!

    You'll see.

So Jeff you are saying the other players should be happy to stand around and watch him? Then have a turn over if they ever did get a pass as they never thought it would happen. If you shoot a high percentage you never pass or involve other players, other then your one buddy, even if you are the point guard? I doubt that opinion will make the play-offs, much less a championship.

Heck I'll make a bet with anyone here: if the rockets start out 5-1, you pessimists have to not post in the rockets forum for a week or post positively only.

If I lose-i can't post anywhere on the site for a week.

Last I checked they're NBA teams and they're officials wins. What you don't want the games to count? God enjoy a win instead of complaining. Oh, and they still made big bucks beat those teams, last I checked the NBA didn't freeze their checks because they played Denver or a Carter-less Toronto. You can call the NBA office and check if you're not sure.
