    so simple:

    play selfishly, rox will lose.

move the ball and get everyone involved esp. Yao, they have a chance.

Attention Rudy T: get a hold of your team. Control your guards. And for everyone's sake, ENOUGH OF THE ISOLATION. You are getting paid so much money and all you have is one play??!! Give us a break.

Even though the Mavs lost and might look like in a slump against the Jailblazers, they are going to kick the Rockets ass. Unless Francis passes the ball around and penetrates to break that zone, you can forget winning tonight.

    Rockets lose - 102 to 88.

I hope I am wrong, but I am 99% convinced we won't see any ball movement tonight. Dallas is very smart. They will drop their zone to play man-to-man. Steve and Mobley, thinking like last time that Dallas would no way beat them man-to-man, will play their games like crazy.

I would expect Yao to have very few FG attempts tonight as a result of the guards trying to prove they are the best man-to-man players.

The only person who can change the scenario above is Rudy T. I hope he has enough control of the team.

    Rox 88
    Dallas 98

Ming's going into a lay up pattern...shove the ball down the Mavs throats!

I would just like to say that James Posey is The Man and Rudy/CD deserve tremendous praise for that trade.

Cuban said some stupid things on Yao, like why there is no German All-Star voting sites. And he is paying that off now!:D

Guess Yao will have another career high night vs Mavs, thanks Cuban!

I want to come to Mobley's defense before anyone jumps on him. Yes, Yao was hot and he took it to the basket and nearly turned it over, and was saved by a Yao dunk. BUT, on that drive, he didn't toss up a bad shot. He tossed a lob to Yao. Yao didn't see it, Mobley got the rebound under the basket, but didn't force it up. He passed to Yao, who again wasn't ready for it. Fortunately, Yao recovered and dunked it, but hey...Even Cuttino's passing to Yao. Very smart basketball in the first quarter. I hope we can keep up the intensity.

Steve Francis has to improve his shot.

Yao Ming can only wreak havoc as much, without the help of others, we won't win.

I thought Glen is gonna play this game, according to Chron. What's up with him?

Rigadeur or whatever his name is the reason why the Mavs will never be more than a side show.

You bring in a guy for his offense and he ends up missing two straight layups (one an airball). And yet, he's in the rotation so Cuban can prove his point.

BTW Rocks...nice passing in the first half...made me remember why I like to watch bball. :D

Rox should end the game with at least 22 assists IF they win.

I guess the words is out and so the Dallas defence focused on our guards' offence.

Haha, maybe Steve should do an ISO game every once a while to get Yao open look.

    :) :)

Great game so far, though Seve only scored 3 pts.
