Great first half by the Rockets. Now they will have to hold off the inevitable 2nd half run by the Kings.

I don't like the fact EG has been trying too many 3's. But he was able to knock them down. I have nothing to say.

Frances is a prophet, the Rockets really are kicking their butts--a 17 pt. half time lead. Now we are about to find out if this team has a "killer" instinct, can they "put away" one of the best teams in the league. If the Rockets can come out, keep up the intensity, and "knock out" the Kings, it will be a MAJOR statement about their progress. MAJOR!!

Wow! What a half! Hope the Sacs don't pull a LA comeback in any way or else I'll be pissed!

EGriffen - what a shooting display in the 1H!

    Mobley's back Mobley's back!!!

Franchise is finally able to show some floor leadership.

Yao - wow! what a passing display! all those bounce passes and over the head drops! Jeez! That pass to Franchise was SICK!!!!! That was insane!!!!!

Tonight’s game is truly enjoyable. Rockets finishes one good play after another. Who would think we are leading Kings by 17 points in the first half. If Rockets play like this, they are going to be the team everybody fears in the playoff. However, this is only half of the game. I expect Kings come out strong in the second half and Rockets have to play smart and tough. How many Yao’s assists were wasted? 3 or 4? If Yao’s teammates finished all the passes form him, he could be near a triple double by the game end.

Great first half. I just hope the Rockets remember that there are 2 halves and come out with the same fire and play as the first half.

But, But..... it will be easy to win over 2 points......

Ming seems has his hand cold after 2-3 days break, and get it back the next day, definetely the weight lifting... What the hell, i bet he will be happy if the team win even he has a off-shooting night. And he is doing everything else out there....

Go Yao, forget the 60% FG, we know you can do it anyway.

The Rockets set up a play with Eddie at the top of the key, Ming in the post and Steve along the baseline. The idea was for Eddie to pass the ball to Ming in the middle, and Ming hits Francis on the baseline. Eddie's pass was low, and the defense would have had time to adjust if Ming had reached down and caught it, so he just slapped it to Francis, who took it in for a lay-up. Reminiscent of Larry Bird.

Yao must be from another planet. Those passes are humanly impossible.
