Actually, you can't listen to it online through 610. Sometimes the other team has a radio link, but that's getting more and more unlikely because the NBA is kinda cracking down on the webcasts now that they have a pay webcast service.

Dallasthomas, thanks for your advice. ;)

Too bad to know this, now I can only rely on the NBA.com Play-by-Play to know the LIVE statistics :(

Since Eddie will be suspended for next 2 games, Cato will be playing as Power Forward for most of the time. If he performs well and Rockets win in these games, I believe Van Gundy will play Yao and Cato together in regular season with Eddie/MoT as the backup.

In other words, Cato is taking advantage of Eddie's absence, just like Yao became the starting center because of Cato's absence in last season.

I should now say thank you to Eddie, because Yao+Cato will help Rockets to win more games. Go Rockets!

Keys to kick the Kings' butt

    1. Yao & Stevie to go to the charity stripe for freebies
    2. Use Cato in the starting lineup at PF, for 1st half of game
    3. Take away the Kings' fastbreak; get in transition defense
    4. Boki & Moochie need not to suck
    5. Jimmy, show the fans why you're worth a 3-year contract
    6. Pass the ball, execute it as a TEAM

I completely disagree. They missed point blank layups. There was no defense. Jvg didnt make the same excuse as Rudy about "usually hitting those shots". With Rudy that was the excuse. What JVG meant was the morons who cant shoot well (JJ and BOKI) are on a short leash and basically lost any playing time for the season because it will all goto Mobley and PIKE since THEY can shoot well and jj and boki cant. To me it was completely different excuse than what the hapless Rudy would say in a "golly gee I dont know what happened" kind of way.

Tonight will be another indication that we are in this team's class, a so-called top 4 in the west team. We have been doing fairly well against them recently and Tuesday was another indication, preseason not withstanding. I just happen to think we have a better frontcourt.

    can a woman be a troll:D

back to the starters playing time, I think we will see a lot of minutes again by Steve. I think they have a week off after tonite's game so its time to play good, or have a hell practice week under JVG. U think that adds a lot of meaning to an otherwise meaningless preaseason game?

Actually, JVG said that they would be on a short leash IF they weren't hitting shots AND weren't hustling all aout in other aspects of the game. He went on to make the point that Boki hustled and played good defense, which made up for his shot not being there.

Apart from the production from SF and YM, I really hope this will be a breakout game for BOKI. :)

I actually gave your point of view consideration until I got to the phrase "hapless Rudy." Flush.

Boki " Gerald, can you give me another sack lunch tonight? Rashard Lewis also gives out a nice sack lunch, put yours was right to my face."

Gerald "I will be giving out plenty this year, so dont worry about being greedy":D

    Let me see.......

BOKI, yes BOKI will redeem himself by shooting a 3-point buzzer beater over WALLACE.

Sorry, I tried to imagine BOKI launching from the free-throw line and dunking over WALLACE but I just couldnt see it
    Shooting a 3-pointer looks reasonable.

The Rockets have a lot to work on, especially offensively. Defense wins championships, but I think we are ahead of the curve there and JVG is slowly improving backcourt defense. They need to seriously work on offensive schemes, shooting, and rebounding/fast breaks - as Calvin said once during the broadcast the other day, when a post player gets the rebound everyone on the team needs to start sprinting down the court, Steve to the outlet pass area.

Rockets win. Boki holds Wallace to under 10 and shoots 4/5 from the 3 pt line. :D
