This is a must win, a matter a fact, we should be able to win the next 5 games...

The rockets should easily beat the Heat, the Suns and Memphis. LA and Dallas are tough, but if they play the inside out game, they should be successful.

If we don't win this game, then Compaq Center doesn't deserve even 30% attendance the rest of the season.

Since alll referees hate Pat Riley and won't call fouls on Heat opponents, the Rockets should win easily.

Ha, ha...23%. Man, I feel bad for the Heat. Their pretty bad with Eddie Jones without him they're horrendous. Poor Riles, I actually do believe the conspiracy theory. The free-throw count discrepancy before he complains is often pretty insane.

I know the Rockets tend to lose to the weak teams, but I just don't see the Heats get enought fire power to score more than 85pts. So a Rockets win should be in the bag!

The Heat's next leading scorer is Caron Butler...His numbers:

    13.8pts, 39% FG, 27% 3pt, 2.6asst/2.1TO

Next best scorers in order: Malik Allen 10.8ppg, Brian Grant 10ppg.

Heat average 85.1 ppg with Eddie Jones.

Phoenix, Minny and Jazz all at home with easy wins tonight.

Rockets, there is no excuse. Rockets can win this without Yao. Rockets can with this without Steve. Hell, We can MOST probably win this without Yao and Mobley.

This is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE team. We will get 85 points. As long as we hold everyone to their AVERAGE, we will win this game.

We don't even need to THINK about Offense. If the word Defense is in our player's heads, this game is won.

This game should be a joke.. a huge blowout by say.... almost 40 points. Just need to watch out a little for Grant and Butler, and hope that Francis doesn't get torched by Best for something like 20 some points.

If one of Francis, Yao or Mobley plays well we win, if two play well we kill them. I expect a win, probably easy win.

The Jazz will win easy like we do, but I expect dogfights in Phx and Minn. Spree goes off, Phx will be the one to fall tonight. Phx begins their skid.

    LOOOOOOOOOL....

Common. We're Horrible. But they're Horrible minus Eddie Jones, so I think we have the advantage! :D

But then again, there is that addition by subtraction thing that people mention...

I hate when people are consistently negative about the Rockets, but I couldn't help to laugh out loud when I read this. Keep'em coming A-Train.

I think we'll win as long someone tells the CCCC (Compaq Center Corporate Crowd) that it's OK to occasionally stand up and even yell at a basketball game.

"Over?!? Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?"

    "Germans?"

Some people dont need to yell to enjoy a game! Some only cheer when a great move or play makes a change in the game, for instance in the 4th qtr. when we take the lead off a drive and a big dunk by Yao Ming or Franchise. A lot of people that go there just for social reasons and having a meal and drinks at the game plays a big thing for them, more so than the standing and cheering. Generally I am for less noise but much more when it realy matters.

Can't think of any reason Rox lose, so they win. I predict a blow out. If they lose, it got be some magic from Lakers...

I'm waiting until closer to tip-off to see if windandsea is "feeling it" before making a prediction. (OK, Rocks by 15 going away... can't help myself)

You feel a win coming on, windandsea? :)

PS- Yetti, there's no such thing as too much noise in the Laptop! Get a hold of yourself... if your not there, scream at the TV!
    (it works for me)

    Yetti,

I think the laptop has enough of those fans. Around 12000 of them. It now needs a solid 1000 die hard SCREAMING bunch of fans.
