Any win is good, but this one should not have been so hard... The Clips were without Brand and Kandi man...

One big revelation from this game is that Cuttino Mobley is terrible at defense. He is a huge liablity for the Rockets, in terms of defense.

I am impressed with the win. Is this the same Rudy T that lost us games after games earlier this season with his bad substituion? When Rockets were down 5 points with about 40 seconds left to play, they clearly know what they are doing. Lots of good offensive play and 3 pointers made. This looks like a playoff-caliber team and coaching!

Man, if I was Dennis Johnson, I would be getting fined by the league for what I said tonight!

But, hey, if anyone deserves the bad call, it's Donald Sterling! :D

What?!? We Won? We Won!!! Woohoo!!!

Couldn't watch the last few minutes. The Rox were too painful to watch. Was sure they were going to drop this one after watching up to the last 3 minutes.

    Jeez...

    At least the Rox won.

It should be Mr. Andre Miller. He clearly wants to join us next season. :p

Other than Cats ****ty defense we played good. The Clips played good as well but Maggette should never score 29 and who was guarding Parks? How about Yaos Defense in the 4th and overtime!! Well this is the first time that every player gets their carrerr high against the Roxs yet the Rockets win ;)

In hindsight, the Posey for Yao substitution at the end of the game looks pretty bad..

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy the Rockets won, it's just that I'm still recovering from my 5 simultaneous heart attacks.

    understatement of the year.

it was rice's hard work, determination, defense ( yes i said it) and timely shooting that helped to pull this win out. ( not to mention the help from the refs)

I love Taylor Rice and Ming

and i seriously think that Morris is better than Posey

We didn't deserve the win but we didn't deserve the loss to Wizards or the Lakers either. This game confirmed two things that I already knew.

    1. The refs conspire for teams according to Stern. Stern wants us in the playoffs so he can make more money on Yao. That is the only way I can explain the lane violation call on Miller.

    2. Posey is dumbest rocket in the history of the franchise. What was he thinking. Jesus, that is worse that anything I've seen Cat do.

Mobley is just inconsistent on defense, much moreso than he is on offense. There's been times where he's really impressed me with his passion and effort on the defensive end. I dunno... maybe it's only when he doesn't want to be embarrassed for one reason or another. Either way, we need the guy, and he's here to stay.

Kinda discouraging how we've barely scrapped together these past few wins. Oh well, a W's a W, and at least we're beating the sub-.500 teams now. We better pull it together fast though, the showdown with the Suns is right around the corner... but god, I hope we don't get swept by the Bulls before we can get to the Suns.

And this may have been a "lucky" win, but it makes up for many just 1 of a few others this season that were rightfully ours but were unfairly snagged from us by the refs.

Stern is no fool. He knows how important this game is to the Rockets. I'm not saying there is a conspiracy, but all I know is no matter how badly the Rockets tried to stink up the joint, seems the refs would not let them lose with that last call.
