LOL I so appreciate improper use of technology, but rockHead has now been upstaged... 3814 got video!
I have allways thought that tis site was one of the best ever and you guys have once again proved me right!!! Fantastic job DOD and 3814!!! I think it's soooo kewl to be able to see exclusive pics!!! Thanks guys!!
Nice pic. Thanks. I have a question for all of you who know. I will go to watch Yao play in the World Championships and would like to take some pictures, but I don't know if I am allowed to. I heard that flash light is prohibited but not sure if camara is banned at all. Does anyone know? Thanks.
Great photos, 3814! Thanks! I love the fact that all we keep seeing of Yao are somewhat grainy internet clips and photos (no offense 3814 - I'm talking compared to NBC's equipment). It only adds to the mystique. When Yao finally arrives in Houston and we can watch him up close and personal, the frenzy will be unimaginable.
Most stadiums and basketball events go by these rule : No "professional" cameras. Like SLR's with howitzers for lenses. No flashes allowed to be fired - could distract shooters, rebounders, etc. No movie cameras (especially NBA events). According to 3814, no video cameras are allowed at this event.

after a slight stumble, 3814 and DrofDunk came through and posted exclusive pics of Yao Ming, for that, you are a....

good stuff 3184! check out the double team in pic 4.... thanks DrofDunk for your generous offer of pic hosting!
Oh my god look at the ham hocks on Ming in pic #4. That's friggin ridiculous, his calves are huge. Can you imagine what this guy is going to look like when his body is fully developed? It’s going to be like having Godzilla on our team!
Major thanks to 3814 and DoD. Is it just me or does Yao look a little more buff in the arms from earlier pics? See pic 3. Second point, with the 300 pound bulk and lower base on Yao, when he learns to be the "pusher" rather than the "pushee" look out. Based on what we have heard about his work ethic and basketball IQ it will not take long. Yao. Now. Wow.
I second you. Mutombo is one of the best and toughest defenders in the paint in NBA ever. I don't see his arms are more buff than Ming's. Mutombo may have a little more bulk in his upper body but from the waist down Ming definitely look much more solid than him.
Thanks rockHead. I guess I should turn on the sig-view so I can see it. I believe Yao will silence the critics much sooner than many anticipate with NBA talent surrounding him.
nah, that is impossible!!! You gotta be 18 or older in order to join in any league.. The photo must be taken some kind of angle which made that player to look as tall as yao ming......
