Alright, fair enough. How about something like Miller, Andrew DeClercq, and the 18 for #4 and Nick Anderson? That clears out some dead weight on the Grizz bench, adds a decent backup at center, and still gives you Miller and the pick. Not quite a lottery pick, but a pretty good one nonetheless.

Only untouchable on the Pacers is O'neal.

    Knicks GM, is Spree available?

Hey Cat, I'm pretty seriousabout the realgm trde checker being used. Either the trading partners can import it in or when the trade ofer is reveiled, you canjump to realgm and see if it would work. I'm also looking for the gm of either the nuggett or Miami. I can be reached at leebigez@aol.com. Thomas,Mason and maybe even allen might be availible. Holla back.

Lee: Yeah, I've been using realGM to check some trades. I think that's what we're going to have to do, to make sure it works under the cap.

mfclark: It's possible, but it depends on who is left at four, or what other offers I get. I don't want to do it this early..

hoopgod: If you want a distributor, are you interested in Brevin Knight? I'd trade you Shane Battier (some much needed defense), Brevin Knight, and Nick Anderson for Marbury...

Yao ming: I know the Cavs really need some perimeter players, and have an abundance of big men. Would you do a Michael Dickerson for Chris Mihm swap?

Also, if you guys want to get responses on trade offers on a more frequent basis, come by the chat in the evenings... I and several other posters are usually there.

A reminder: Gasol and almost all of my team is on the block, for those interested. The only player that I probably won't trade is Jason Williams-- only because I think higher of him than the average fan, so I doubt I could get the value I'd be looking for.

Also, one more note... I saw emoreland listing his second round picks in the draft. Do you guys want to do a second round? I hadn't planned on it, but it's not a big deal to me. If people want it, we can go ahead and do it... otherwise, we can do as planned and just do the first. Let me know.

    No problem, works for me.

As for a second round - that could end up dragging the actual mock draft out for hours. Unless we split it over two days or something, I'm not sure that'd be somthing a lot of people are willing to sit through. At least not me.

Might as well throw my hat in for Andre Miller. Detroit can't give you a high pick this year, but a ton of cap room and a high lottery pick next year (LeBron James, Kendrick Perkins, etc) can be had.

Something along the lines of Miller and Ilgauskus for Cliff Robinson (FA after next year), Mikki Moore (FA after next year), Chucky Atkins (replacement PG) and Memphis' first rounder next season (only protected first overall).

That would give you over 10 million in cap relief in addition to talented youth to help in a long term rebuild.

Getting a FA to go to the Cavs would take a miracle of God. Not trying to break up deals or anything. Lookin to unload one of my Euro SFs.

    I'll be the TWolves, Cat.

Wally Szcerbiak and Chauncey Billups or Terrell Brandon are being packaged for a very nice scoring guard.

Also, KG could be available for a few young potential stars and first round picks, provided we match up cap wise.

Ok Cavs GM. Since the Rox, Clipps, and Bulls dont want to talk business. Im positive no one is willing to talk a pick as high as number 3 for Andre Miller. We can use fillers, or other players to make the deal work. Ill want to add some players to make the deal even.

Think of the possibility of owning the 3rd and 6th pick. You could almost definately move up easily with that combo of picks if you wanted too.

Ill tell you who on your roster Im looking at, outside of Andre Miller. Ilkgauskus (sp?). Hes only played something like 90 games the last 3 years. Ill take him off your hands, but Id like to look into his health. Jumaine Jones, Lamond Murray, or Chris Mihm. Im willing to deal anyone to include Troy Murphy, Adonal Foyle, Eric Dampier, Bobby Sura, and Larry Hughes. Actually anyone except Danny Fortson and Antawn Jamison.
