Sonics: sracer1000 took the Wiz. The only teams currently left are the Spurs and Lakers, though if we don't get much response by tomorrow night, I will give the Rockets to Castor27 and open up the Hornets. Anyway, since the league is about full, I have a couple of questions. First, when do you guys want to do the draft? Like I said, we need it to be around draft day, but it can either be the night before (25th) or the afternoon on draft day itself. I'm fine with either of those, and I'll do whatever is easiest for everyone to make it to. Second, when do ya'll want to "open" the league? Earlier, I said that we wouldn't have trades until the chat, but if the consensus is there we can start discussing and making trades from now all the way until the draft. Give me some responses...
I'm cool with drafting on either day. I'd like to trade as soon as possible, but again I'm cool either way. Regarding trades, how should we go about it. Should we post offers here or should we PM them or what?
If we trade now, I think we should keep it open and do it in this thread. That way everyone can be involved instead of the few teams with the really premier picks or players...
I'd hold off on trading until the leadup to the draft, such as the real NBA Draft. I'm good for either day, preferably in the afternoon.
On a side note, Zac's baseball sim league could use a few good owners. If you think this idea is pretty neat, its a decent bet that you would be interested in the baseball league. I think that the teams without a pick should be given away as well. They can choose to trade for a pick, or just stand pat.
