The other one works, no need to change it. Leebigez needs to understand the CBA rules, and not be a realgm.com bugged up trade checker fanatic.

Its ok NYK, we both like the new one better, he wanted Finley, and I wanted Rose and Curry.

I'm not tripping and i do understand that the salaries have to be within 15%. If Dirk makes 8mill and Griffin makes 2 thats 10,if crawford makes 1mill and bagaric makes 2, how is that within 15%?

To the gm's of Dallas and Chicago.
Chicago trades: C Eddy Curry (6.7 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 0.4 apg in 16.0 minutes)
PF Marcus Fizer (12.3 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 1.6 apg in 25.8 minutes)
SF Jalen Rose (20.4 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 4.3 apg in 38.0 minutes)
Chicago receives: PF Dirk Nowitzki (23.4 ppg, 9.9 rpg, 2.5 apg in 38.0 minutes)
SG Michael Finley (20.6 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 3.3 apg in 39.9 minutes)
Change in team outlook: +4.6 ppg, +1.2 rpg, and -0.5 apg.

Dallas trades: PF Dirk Nowitzki (23.4 ppg, 9.9 rpg, 2.5 apg in 38.0 minutes)
SG Michael Finley (20.6 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 3.3 apg in 39.9 minutes)
Dallas receives: C Eddy Curry (6.7 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 0.4 apg in 72 games)
PF Marcus Fizer (12.3 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 1.6 apg in 76 games)
SF Jalen Rose (20.4 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 4.3 apg in 83 games)
Change in team outlook: -4.6 ppg, -1.2 rpg, and +0.5 apg.

    TRADE DECLINED

There were BYC players involved in this trade, so this trade is subject to the BYC provisions of the CBA. Due to Chicago and Dallas being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Chicago and Dallas had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did not happen here (neither met the condition). This trade does not satisfy the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

I know you think i'm hatin' but we're trying to be realistic. The cpu isn't dumb.

Lee: THE REALGM TRADE CHECKER DOESNT WORK!!! Chicago is under the cap..... Jalen and Finley basically cancel each other out.... I add Wahad to the deal and it works numbers-wise, but it still says "trade declined"

Chicago is not under the cap . After they relieve themselves of oakley salary, they already dumped greg anthony salary. They will be after july 1 of the summer.

So now you're adding another salary on dallas side and that makes it work. Gimme a break.

Maybe I'm crazy or something, but adding Wahad only makes it worse.

This is why it doesn't work. All trades un involving Det or the clipps salaries will have to be within 15% of each other.
