Hello again (finally) to this fascinating and wonderful Clutch Community Group, I realize this is last minute, however employees from my wife's company (Fugro Chance Inc. [FCI]) are volunteering at the "Rivers, Lakes, Bays 'n Bayous Trash Bash" this coming weekend. We'd love it if you would consider volunteering!! FCI, along with Clutch Community as a support group, has selected the 2015 Trash Bash (http://www.trashbash.org) to demonstrate environmental stewardship by removing litter from bayous, rivers, bays and lakes. Trash Bash is a half day event on Saturday, 28-March, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, where volunteers collect trash in pre-selected areas in and around Houston. The site selected for FCI and Clutch Community is Buffalo Bayou-Upper (Terry Hershey Park from Highway 6 to Beltway 8). Lunch will be provided, as well as a little entertainment. Please see the below link to access the registration form. If possible, it is recommended to travel to the site in groups as parking might be limited. Most people will need to park on Memorial Mews St. and Memorial View Dr. and walk to the registration location at the 15200 Memorial Drive pavilion. Completed registration forms are turned in at 15200 Memorial Drive. Alright fellows and dames...we are hoping for a great turnout at this months event with Fugro and the Trash Bash this coming Saturday! What is better than cleaning up Houston, peeps?
