It ain't hard to set up. I takes about two minutes. I didn't get five dollars but I set up my account way back. That would be cool if people would donate their free five dollars.

They do if you "validate" your account. If I remember right from when I signed up earlier in the year, it's kind of like setting up a debit account - you actually put money into your paypal account, and you have to put so much in to get the $5. I didn't see a point in it/didn't want to do it when I set up mine.
