i don't see what the big deal is in just not tipping them, i doubt they're expecting money for handing you a paper towel every single time. it's like the tip jar at subway or starbucks, i sure don't put any money in that thing. if i get some gum or a little cologne then yeah i'll give him a couple bucks.
I usually give a buck once for the night. But sometimes it woudl be nice if you didn't have 300lbs guy on a stool taking up space in a crowded bar bathroom.
My problem with people downloading free instead of buying an album whether it be in physical form or off of Itunes, is that when these people download for free, they have no incentive to really listen to the album. They will listen at most for 2 minutes worth of tracks, and if they don't like it, they will just toss it aside and download another new album for free. If these people invested their money into buying an album, they would have more incentive to actually listen to the tracks more than one time. Lead singer of Voxtrot recently talked about this. Alot of people have been panning their new album, but if you take a few listens to it- the album is really complex and really worthwhile. At first I really didn't like the album, but I'm glad I took a second listen. Basically alot of younger music listeners these days don't bother to learn about the artist or their previous body of work. If the current single sounds good they pay attention only.
