I see. If you're comparing which one's closer to Magic, then it's Kidd, no doubt. But when you're saying who's the best PG since Magic, then it's got to be dirty old Stockton. His combination of intelligence, court vision, passing ability, shooting touch, and playing of the passing lanes is unmatched.

Kittle's salarady didn't bring the Clippers salary over the cap so it doesn't matter... Same deal with Kenyon Martin, the Nuggets were able to take in his salary and still stay under the cap...
