I think the Lakers had a 30 pts comeback on the Mavs in the whole fourth quarter, but that was regular season.
aight i'll comeback to reality and say the grizz will bounce back. Game 2 obviously a must win though.
wow did lionel hollins really just say, " this was a great experience for us?" - really in what way a-hole
Rudy's final shot was a scared shot. He made the previous shot. I didn't agree with Hollins putting Arenas in at the end over Spieghts and Randolph. But I was already bracing for a loss. I saw it coming before that last shot. Gay is not ready to have all of that pressure. This is his first playoff series, the difference is that with Randolph last year, Randolph was READY for the moment. Gay wasn't ready for it. Also, when Gasol lost the ball out of bounds, I knew it was over, because Gasol is one of the smartest, coolest customers down the stretch. This just goes to show that no lead in the nba is insurmountable.
It's still not a great experience and the Grizzlies most likely will never have a 27 pt lead in this series again.
Why are you needling me? If that's going to be the point of your posts, direct it some place else, dude.
You were really asking for it with all those overconfident posts. If you are gonna trashtalk, you should be able to take some back.
I want to know if you believe the grizz can win 4 of the next 5. I don't even know what needling means.
I don't see anything in that game that would change my opinion that the grizzlies will win this series. So they came back and won the game. Blake still nearly fouled out and did absolutely nothing, blake could barely stay on the court. The grizzlies still scored 16 more points in the paint. The grizzlies won the turnover battle. About the only thing this game did was give the clippers confidence that they can beat up when they want to. We'll see. But what is more confusing is that I never put a game number next to the series win, so I have no idea why you would assume that I said they'd win in 6. The reality of this game is that the grizzlies thought the game was over and stop playing, period.
