That Donald Sterling. Cheap is as cheap does. Nate McMillan would have been a good move but hey, IDGAF about the Clips and CP3 so he'll learn in the next two years what it's like being a Sterling employee.
I actually thinks this works, VDN has only one year left like CP3. When you negotiate with Paul, you let him input on the new coach.
My friend was a clippers season ticket holder for the past 5 years (so year before all the bandwagon clipper fans jumped in) and he said he wasnt going to renew based on this move alone. Too many STH hated VDN and are upset too. The guy isnt a bad coach but he certainly isnt a good coach and is clearly not right for the team, but of course he is the least expensive option so it makes sense.
Typical Clippers move..... Good to know that they will not be winning a title anytime soon... Count down to Paul breaking down and Griffin leaving as a FA.
