Pass and pass. We don't need 1-dimensional role players.

as much as I'd like Bev back , we dont really have a contract we can move for him outside of gordon... and that would have to be a 3-way and is kind of a lateral move.

Moves made to please James Harden don't seem to have increased James Harden's commitment to the Rockets.

Let's just make moves that improve the team, and Harden will do whatever he's gonna do.

I would try for Pat Beverly.
Would Eric Gordon and a pair of 2nds net you Bev and a 1st?

Beverley is making at least 13 mil for this season and the next.

he is too expensive to be a simple backup PG, nor is he worth trying to salary match in a trade to begin with, so he is a hell nah from me

Lou Williams is a waste of an acquisition if you’re looking for someone to be of use in the playoffs...he can win u some games in the regular season with his offense, but in the postseason, he almost always falls way off and is the definition of a liability

How does that help us win? The Clippers can’t trade a 1st until after 2027.

I wholeheartedly agree. We catered to him for years and he knows we’re not going to go too far over the cap if we even do. He wants to go to the east to an owner that will spend. It was fun James. Got no problem with you leaving. I put it on Tillman. Time to move on.

Bev might be ok I guess, but I don’t think either is the difference between Harden staying or going. And we don’t have the contracts to get either of them anyway unless Gordon is going out. No way we trade Tucker for them.

Yeah why the hell would LAC trade Bev for a scrub like Gordon?

Do you people actually think Bev is not good?

Someone said 1 dimensional ITT as well.

Bev’s a good playmaker, rebounder, defender and 3P shooter.

Bev is very quietly Warriors Andre Iguodala level.

Literally all stats, impact stats, boxscore, advanced, etc say Bev is better than Marcus Smart, he just didn’t get the playing time he did from 16-19 because PG, Lou, Kawhi to compete with for minutes.

Bev is better than guys like Caruso and Herro.

Bev has a lot of intangibles. Bev shows up in the playoffs.

Bev is way better than dumb chucker Gordon and awful old Lou who is a playoff disaster literally every year.

I love Bev, but Gordon is a better player overall, and recent injury history seems about equal.

Take em if they’re waived. I know that’s not likely to happen.

No interest. There is a reason the Clippers didn’t even try to resign Harrell and now are trying to dump Beverley and Williams... they don’t know their place.
