Clips win again. 9-2 record. Starters are solid. Several key backup players. Shaping up to a playoff run.

Their bench scored 6 points and grab 6 rebounds against Toronto. That's not gonna do it in the playoffs.

Can we attibute this all to "heart" or should we observe that they have had a really cake schedule. They beat GS at home (Brand 32 pts), split with Minn (7-5) and just lost to DEN (8-6). The rest of their wins are against TOR, the Lakers, the Hawks twice & SEA.

The Clippers and "Heart of Champion" in the same sentence? Laughable.

Let's talk "Heart of a Champion" after the Clippers pound their chests for more than just beating the Hawks twice.

I know late in the fourth, their bench only had 9 points against the Nugs. Not sure what they finished with.

they're still in first, and they're still ahead of the lakers.
heart of champion and cassell are synonymous.

Even when he's on a team that goes from the WC playoffs to the Lottery?

Or does "heart" only apply when your team is winning? You only lose when you're not playing with "heart", right?

I appreciate the irony in a discussion w/ the TinMan talking about heart; but "Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man that he didn't, didn't already have."

Cassell may not be the best PG, but he's a difference-maker. There might have been better PGs, but he's clutch.

    Here's some interesting CASSELL FACTS:
Cavaliers G Damon Jones was a ballboy for Houston in 1994-95 when Cassell helped the Rockets win an NBA title.
