I was looking for updates on Clint. This is all I found as of Jan 9. Anyone have any insider additions to this report? Coach Mike D'Antoni said Monday that Capela (leg) remains "on target" in his recovery, Calvin Watkins of ESPN.com reports. Spin: Capela was given a four-to-six-week recovery timetable back on Dec. 20 after he was diagnosed with a fractured left fibula, so it appears the Rockets are still aiming to have him back in late January or early February. The Rockets could specify a target date for Capela once he's reevaluated in a week, but in the meantime, Montrezl Harrell and Nene Hilario will continue to hold down the fort at center. Harrell has been by far the more prolific performer of the two, averaging 15.5 points (on 68.8% shooting), 4.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.1 blocks in 27.8 minutes per game over the past 10 contests.
