Since he got called from the dleague today... does that mean that Jones is going to be out much longer? =/

The intriguing thing to me about CC is just the fluidity. Seems to move and jump very fast for his size. Really think he is a keeper.

Jones will be out for awhile, but chances are, he's also getting dealt.

Is his trade value really that high given his injury?

Tjones not going anywhere. D-Mo will be on the block before TJones. We just got to build up his trade value before he is packaged with the NO pick. Teams want to make sure he is worth what Morey is asking for.

I hope you are wrong. I want that kid to get healthy, and play a big role for us.

Glad that you are feeling better.

DMO isn't going anywhere.....unless it's for an all star under contract.

And that NO pick is worth much more than the centerpiece in a deal for an expiring star.

    Together, they fetch the WORLD.

Problem with that logic is the fact that we may not be able to wait on Tjones. Who knows when we will come back. I have a nerve issue in my leg and it really never has come back 100%. It is fully functional but I am not an athlete either.

NOP pick and parts for either Dragic/Rondo/Bledsoe/Rubio or any other impact player at this point is more than fair. We have to do something soon.

Pretty certain with such a questionable injury Jones has a 0 trade value.

D League games > sitting the bench and riding on airplanes

NBA practices and scrimmages > D League games

Take a look at the Rockets and RGV schedule before you criticize. There are pretty obvious reasons why he's brought up right now and it will be pretty obvious when he gets re assigned in a few days.

So Capela running scout team is > actual playing time in a different league?

Can't say I agree with that.

I would agree, but maybe there is a GM out there that is a huge Jones fan and is blinded to his current state.

Is there a precedent for an injured player being dealt at all? More so with such a hard to predict injury.

Lol. People always ask for Dmo before Tjones in a potential deal and Daryl always turns it down. DM would only consider for a big time player.

Are we assuming the other team lets Jones bypass a physical to complete the deal?
