He went from "the kid that single handedly almost blew a 20 point lead to the Grizzlies" to backup center. The kid is beastin

Yes, his defense was better in the playoffs and has almost no offense. Not sure what he worked on during the off season. Does not look like he improved on anything including free throws!

I was curious about this as well.
I think he surprised alot of people last year.

He need to get his *** in the Gym this summer
    and
    1. Add some weight. Or at least some strength
    2. Some post moves
    3. A mid range game would be nice

Stay the F*** away from the 3 pt line
While I am sure he could pick it up we have more than enough people vying to sling the ball at the rim from out there

I think we screwed his development by playing him so much and relying on him. He should've been in the d league so he can work on aspects of his game and not pick up any bad habits by taking shortcuts.

That did not last long. The Rockets had to stop playing him the playoffs because he was worked out and couldn't adjust.

You know what Capela needs to do?
He needs to get his **** together. Get it all together and put it in a backpack, all his ****, so its together. And if hes got to take it somewhere, take it to the **** store and sell it. Or put in a **** museum, I dont care, just whatever he does, just got to get it together.

    Get his **** together.

He's just not very good. He will be a Biyombo type at best.

no way. He doesn't have hooves for hands. He is much better than Biyombo. And btw Biyombo isn't even an elite defender, he's just a shotblocker and he's in the league for like 5 years.

This kid can't shoot at all.

He is also not strong like Howard.

    His potential is limited.

Capela cant catch and finish a simple lob. His hands are awful. Biyombo may not be an elite defender but he eats up rebounds and he is a legit rim protector. Capelas rim protection has been awful this season.
