Oh yes, it's back. The current status: Again to reiterate: Earth's atmospheric temperature increases as tropical Pacific sea-surface temperature anomalies (SSTA) increases Earth's atmospheric temperature decreases as SSTA decreases This relationship is referred to as a proportional relationship. There can be no denying this driver of climate change, because once again, after the SSTA peaked in 2016 it is now declining, along with atmospheric temperature.
I’m a scientist. I’m blowing the whistle on the Trump administration. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opin...77740635e83_story.html?utm_term=.1fed476815d6
F this guy. Obviously he hasn't driven down the streets in Friendswood or Dickinson where all you still see down the street is garbage from destroyed homes. My friends in Fwood just the other day were finally able to start prepping to rebuild their walls and move back in within the next few weeks. Yeah... Houstonians pick themselves up and recover but idiot acts like he just shows up with his jacket on (in 100 degree heat which was weird) and "the city is doing great!". Kiss my a$$. And his total disregard for PR right now is disgusting. I'm sure Trump fans will blow a gadget when I say this but If PR was a red state with white people he'd send AN ARMADA faster than you could blink.
Yes, every year, during the norther-hemispheric summer, the ice melts, and more of it has been melting since the first of the two most recent major El Ninos.
So the ice is melting more every year since the 1970's solely because of El Niño? Seems fishy. Seriously though. I am taking a Bio class at the moment. My prof has a phd from the University of Michigan. I'll let her read this thread and let you know what she has to say. What type of college degree do you have Rojo?
I don't want to exaggerate but pretty much everything. Selfish: check. Immoral: check. Dishonest: check. Careless: check. Manipulative: check. Divisive: check. Uninformed: check. Overconfident: big check. I don't think any of those terms are arguable for the Blunder in Tweet (TM).
I guess the only update I personally need in this thread is when satellite measurements show the Earth giving off as much radiation to space as it takes in from the sun. That's the only number that matters. For now, it's not balanced. We're absorbing more energy than we give off, so something has to get hotter. If not just internet posters sweating more at their warrior keyboards, then it'll be oceans and/or atmosphere.
You have become a good example of why mindless people should not be given internet access at public libraries. Step aside for the homeless, I'd rather debate them.
