I think Clemens will play in Houston if at all. He has all the perks he needs and gets to play at home.

Clemens knows he can get all the PR he wants in NY... but if he's not confident that he'll put up the successful numbers there, it WILL effect his decision.

Randy Johnson went from a cy-young winning/perfect game throwing/living legend to a washed up/weird looking/hipster doofus by putting up mediocre numbers in NY. Then, he gets dumped back to his old team for some 2-bit prospects.

Roger knows how bad it can end if he doesn't live up to the hype... and with him being able to go only 6 innings/game in the NL last year... I shudder to think what his expectations are for the AL (where even the best pitchers in their prime have trouble making it past the 6th or 7th innings due to the long AB's, and quality hitters).

OK Sportsfans, here's THE inside scoop!!! The Rocket secretly met George in NYC for 65 minutes(that's how long he is actually on the mound in a game) and hammered out this deal.

George pays Rocket 28.5M for the months of August, September and October and Rocket only has to pitch when the Yankees play at MMP! :D ;)

Rocket will make one heck-of-a agent if he retires from baseball.
