Really? I guess it really is Guilty until proven innocent. I guess this is what some people have been lead to, but I for one will not judge him just yet. It's funny how much the Rocket was loved when he played for us and now that he is been deemed guilty by the media and most of his so called fans we have turned on him without so much as any "real" evidence as of yet.....Pathetic
Correct, so I want the doctor to come forward, unless there is reason why we don't want to go down that path. At this point I don't really care who shots who, to me, where are the drugs coming from. In the end, whether innocent or guilty, just like a divorce, there will be skeletons exposed and both sides will declare victory, etc... We will probably never know the "real" truth so we need to use our best judgement given the facts that we can get. I still hope that Roger is innocent because if he isn't it's not gonna be good...
You know one thing that is overlooked and I hope is brought up during the Congressional hearing (why didn't the reporters ask him this during the press conference instead of questions that were already answered in earlier statements or in the 60 minutes interview) is if he indeed was getting completely "legal" injections of B-12 and Lidocaine, shouldn't it be listed in the team's medical reports? And if it's not listed there, then why was it done under the table? I mean really, shouldn't the team's medical staff be able to look back in their records and easily prove that Clemen's got these injections that he said he took? And then the other point has to do with the reports by other medical professionals that B-12 injections do not provide any type of benefits to a player unless they have some kind of deficiency, and that also some teams refuse to administer those shots. So did the Blue Jays and Yankees refuse to administer those type of shots to him, which is why it may have been done without any record of it. And if the team refused, why did he still insist of having those injections anyways? And then why did he take Lidocaine, if according to other medical professionals, it is only used as a local numbing agent for injections? I mean seriously...a lot of the press has scoffed at his B-12 excuse but NONE in the press conference called him out on it.
You would think so?!? Why hasn't anybody interviewed the team doctor, I'm sure it's public knowledge who it was at that time?!? Something is just not right... If they have no comment, that would interesting also...
