Who knows? Some of these angry but ignorant NYK fans might have even thought that Lin had not only gone back to the Rockets to ask for a back-loaded poison contract so Dolan couldn't or wouldn't match, but he had also taught Morey how to do the same for Asik.

Did Morey need Lin to teach him how to initiate such a contract? Could Lin know then how to construct a poison contract like that so he could leave NYK?

These New York Knicks fans are just ridiculous.

I hope that NYK will continue to sink to the 7th or 8th seed so they will have to face Miami or Indianna in the first round. The Bulls are also good against them. They may have a better chance to pass the first round with the other four teams left.

Dolan might have seen the value of the MSG go up by 100 millions right after the Linsanity month, plus the #1 sales of Lin jersey and all the endorsements.

The thing Knicks fans are too dumb to realize is the Knicks were a week away from cutting Lin when all the injuries at point guard forced him into action. So this whole loyalty angle is nonsense. NY didn't make Lin. Lin made himself.

Not to mention hat D'Antoni ride him to the ground until he was injured. He got paid very little and made Dolan a fortune, and then the Knicks discarded him due to player politics and racism. He owes the Knicks nothing.

They are so dumb to complain D'Antoni no Defense.

MDA just didn't have good defensive players in his team.

Last season, the Knicks had the best defense when Melo and Amare were out.

In addition, MDA run fast-paced offenses like current Rockets.
    It's tougher to play D.

Woodson is a good defensive coach.
His team plays good D but the pace must get slower.

Do these kids not have jobs or don't need to find them in the future? Lots of companies do background checks and something like this could affect them in the future. Especially if they're trying to get promoted to higher positions.

This is so biased though. Someone just took all the negative comments and pasted them together. I saw many positives as well on his wall. Many knicks fans wanted to keep Lin, it's not just now. Of course there are bad apples, like everywhere else.

NY did make Linsanity happen tho, and Lin is the man behind it.

It's just not a good idea to cuss out and pour out so much hate on someone...especially someone like Jeremy who didn't do anything personal to the NY fans.
It just brings all sorts of negative and bad things into their own lives. Boomerang effect.

    ^^^This^^^.

Opportunity??? Given a chance? You have to be ready to capitalize on that. In the case of Linsanity New York, I'd say that NY got out of it as much as Lin, so let's call it even and no one owes the other anything.

Kobe said it the best after Lin led the injury ridden Knicks to beat the Lakers with 38/7. He said that talents like that never came out of nowhere, that if someone were to look at his (JLin) past, his skill sets were already there but people just missed it.

This is part of what I have said for years anyone in the NBA can play its just a question of will they go to a team where they will get a chance to showcase their skills on the court.

Another example of "An Owner that a large portion of Knicks fans think is a complete idiot."

"As Madison Square Garden Raises Prices, the New York Knicks Fall Apart" was the title of a story on the New York Daily News last week.

I think I've lost a lot of respect for Knicks fans. I'm not a huge supporter of Lin, but a lot of those comments were just straight up classless. And the funny thing about all of it is that the Knicks didn't want to bring him back. They had the opportunity to do so, it was their choice not to bring him back. So all of that anger is towards the wrong person. I hear Knicks fans say they "gave" Lin Linsanity. No. They didn't give Lin anything other than their support as any fan base would have for any player playing as well as Lin did during that stretch.
