Who ever said that I was satisfied with crap ass movies? I don't know about you but I give things chances... However I don't know how close minded people are, so I shouldn't judge.
Do you know who Louis Leterrier is? Have you seen any of his movies? You would pretty much understand my reasons if you saw all his movies. Talking about being picky. You seem to be picky about people being picky.
Yeah I enjoyed Transporter 2 because it's Jason freaking Statham. That movie was over the top and badly directed but it was a fun movie to watch for a good laugh and it wasn't a movie I would take seriously. But I love all the Ray Harryhausen's classical mythology movies and I would like it be done properly so that we don't have to have another remake because this version suck. There aren't many good directors out there that can combine a good SFX movies along with story telling. To me this look like it's going to be another eye-candy and no story. Transformers 2, GI Joe, 2012, Terminator Salvation and a few others eye candy movies that totally suck on story telling level. Louis Leterrier is no different than the directors from the movies I've mention above. These are guys who know how to direct actions but don't know how to tell a story.

Little bit more unseen footage at the start of this new Int'l trailer. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/UwkGcD70SFI&rel=0&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/UwkGcD70SFI&rel=0&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xcfcfcf&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Nobody wins in the remake/rehash/continuation of a classic. The people who actually remember the original will never allow the new one live up to the original. The newer audience will see it as a rehash of the usual crap. Everybody feels cheated. Perfect example would be Star Wars. The original trilogy was awesome. Heck, Episode IV was legendary. So many people blame Lucas for "killing" the mystique with the newer installments. In fact, he was doomed from the start. Btw, Star Trek doesn't count b/c they never got it right the first time(s).
Nah, Lucas killed it when he made the first movie about a little boy and included an annoying Rasta-Alien
Fixed. That being said, hopefully this film will be enjoyable and worthy to be called Clash of the Titans.
Found this online, a recut trailer for the original Clash of the Titans, thought it was cool for fans of the original. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/xbG6GGqL4x0&rel=0&color1=0x1111&color2=0x4444&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/xbG6GGqL4x0&rel=0&color1=0x1111&color2=0x4444&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Ooh ah ah ah ah! Get up, come on get down with the Greek Mythology sickness! I was going to watch this, but I'm under no illusions, it looks pretty stupid. The 3D thing is annoying though. Holy flurking schnit, we don't need everything to be in 3D!
3 more days before the release and you hardly hear anything from this movie. Hardly any reviews are up totally mean the reviews are going to be pretty bad and they are withholding it. Now this idiot director Louis Leterrier wants to direct one of my favorite graphic novel Y: The Last Man.
from imdb.com: According to the filmmakers, the mechanical owl Bubo from Clash of the Titans (1981) has an appearance in this film. His cameo scene was widely debated as to whether to keep it in the film or not. It was eventually decided to keep it in the film to please the fans of the original film. I will boycott this film because of the lack of Bubo. Lame.
