Saw it last night at the Riveroaks. Fantastic movie. Very sweet and tender. Aderson's style fits well with the story. Better than Mr Fox, Life Aquatic and Darjeeling. On par with Tenenembaums and Rushmore.

Just saw this yesterday with Mrs. B-Bob and we give it two enthusiastic thumbs up. Definitely my favorite Anderson movie since Rushmore (which was also about innocenece, adolescence, and struggling against authority.)

Strangely, I did not miss Owen Wilson this time. I don't think he would have fit here, mainly because it has a New England vibe (and it was shot in Rhode Island.)

Movie has a lot of soul to it, and the humor is pitch perfect. I may even see this again -- there is a TON of visual detail and really interesting sound stuff as well.

Need more Bottle Rocket love here... My favorite comedy of all time. Total grower

Yes, I agree that Bottle Rocket is my favorite of all his films. I do look forward to seeing this. I'm very excited, and will be going this week.

Saw this at the Riveroaks as well. Very cute and charming movie. I felt some characters were not developed as much as I would have liked (same beef i hate with The Darjeeling Limited). I'm glad I watched it, but I just feel that this quick witted style, that Anderson himself invented, is over done these days. Fits somwhere below Bottle Rocket, Tenenbaums, and Rushmore for me.

Don't know if I liked it... on one hand, yeah, I liked it. On the other hand, I felt like it was one long Urban Outfitters/American Apparel indie pedophile movie geared towards bloggers, hipsters, the pale-skinned, underweight, crowd.

Is this a comedy movie or what? I really can't tell by previews and have heard mixed things.

I liked the movie a lot. I thought everyone in the cast was terrific. Jason Schwartzman was hilarious. I hadn't heard that Harvey Keitel was in the movie, so that caught me by surprise.

I loved this film. Bruce Willis was great in it. The kids put on a hell of a performance.

i liked the movie, very original. takes me back to my boy scout days.

the make out scene was awkward, yet i couldn't stop watching! director captured it perfectly.

fun movie to take your lady friend to see.
