Nevermind, I searched for it. Looks strange and creepy. A mix of Alien and a dinosaur. I just can't see how this movie could ever measure up to Spider-man 1 and 2. Those movies were epic. Not to mention the music score in those movies, they were fantastic.

Yup. Same here. It's like he's got those Green Goblin eyes :p. They went young but it's just too serious.

No, Norton's version was very good. Having said that... they need to stop with all the comic/graphic novel movies... 80% of them blow balls.

We do not need some euro trashy. skinny, wuss playing spiderman. I will not go to the theatre to see this garbage. Seriously... do we need women-like men in movies?

    Seems pretty sincere to me:

I do like what I've heard so far about the footage they aired.

I think it looks awesome. I'm mostly a DC guy but I've always loved Spiderman. From the preview, I'm as excited about this as I was about any of the other great Spiderman movies.

It's a bit insulting to do a reboot in such a short time.

At least wait for the CG to noticably improve...

bravo Marc Webb for the trailer, I hope people would get the "Emo Spiderman" out of their minds after watching this, more hyped now to watch it.

still can get over thats Eduardo as Spiderman and Jules as Gwen Stacy, but Emma Stone does look hella good as a blonde, great casting choice

Not bad. Still hated the costume. Even though I don't like Andrew Garfield but I still think he makes a better Peter Parker than Tobey and by the look of this I like this take on Peter Parker. Lizard cgi look like crap right now. They need to tighten that up a bit. Visually I already hate the lighting or color graded in the out of custome set pieces. Just doesn't fit the visual sense for me. Just too bright and clean looking.

If I'm following this thread correctly, If I say this looks bad I get cool points, right?

damn the new Peter Parker has a GINORMOUS head. Did none of the casting people not notice this? Plus he looks like a white version of Kumar.

I'm in agreement. I love the storyline, and I'm sure I'll see the movie...but watching that trailer I was thinking that I've seen this whole thing not that long ago.

Yeah, when the guy asked him who he was, I was expecting him to pull the guy REAL close and whisper "I'm SpiderMan!" and then go on to star in My Life.
