    So this is a Paul Schrader (Taxi Driver, American Gigolo) and Brett Eaton Ellis (****ty writer with delusions of grandeur) collaboration.

    The distributor said "let's just try to trick people that it's edgey like Spring Breakers.... and hire a kid for nothing to make Skrillex beats in the background"

    Academy Awards for all involved.

    Funny thing, I liked most movies based on Brett Easton Ellis's books, but thought the books were meh. No disclike, but meh.
