Just saw this on Friday. Probably my favorite Bond movie. Daniel Craig is a great Bond for our generation.
Saw it this weekend. Loved it. Not quite on the level of Casino Royale, but Casino Royale was a classic. Really glad to have Bond back in theaters and kicking tail.
A couple more: Spoiler 1) So the bad guy used to be an agent, but that doesn't explain his disabling two armed guards when he gets out of his plastic cell. 2) How did the bad guy know to rig an explosive in that one random room in the tunnels after escaping from MI6? He ran through at least another place before Bond caught him going up the ladder. Did he have other booby traps in the other rooms too? And he could not have timed the train to come through at that very moment. Even if he knew how long it would take to run there, he had no way to know when they would decrypt his hard drive and trigger the escape.
No kidding. Also there's no way he could have driven that motorcycle on the rooftops. That would have been impossible unless he had years of training specifically for something like that! This stuff almost makes me think that the movie is fake and not a documentary of actual events. Come on, people! It's a Bond movie! It's supposed to be a somewhat over-the-top. Enjoy it for what it is.
Bill Fairbanks - The Man with the Golden Gun One of the 00 Agents in the training segment (at the opening credits) - The Living Daylights Someone already mentioned Sean Bean's character. Not Double Agents (but probably considered equals to 00 Agents): Agent XXX, Anya Amasova - The Spy Who Loved Me Holly Goodhead (CIA) - Moonraker Felix Leiter (CIA) - Various movies...
