will Bond ever go after a jihadi villain? Middle Eastern locations always make for good action scenes
Watched this a few hours ago. Good movie but nothing special. Why did they kill that girl? And why was the guy gay? It left me with a lot of questions. But I prob will watch the next one.
tyep this with out the space betweek the / and spoiler. Spoiler [/ spoiler] It makes this Spoiler SPOILER!
Awesome movie but don't know if it tops Casino Royale for me. I love that the Craig James Bond films have been very personal, and this follows suit. I usually don't think of the endgame when I'm watching movies, but there are so many subtle hints as to where the story is heading, it's kinda cool thinking about it now. Can't wait to see it again (on bluray).
This movie is awesome. Daniel Craig delivers his brutal brooding Bond again, and Javier Bardem is an amazing actor.
Very well made film. A definite departure from the Pierce Brosnan movies (which I grew up with and loved).
Spoiler 1) Bond is Bond...amirite?? Doesn't die, has dead drops and safe houses all over the place, and gets the women every time. Bond's wound was visible on his right shoulder when Bardem was fondling him. 2) That part was weak. Maybe the hotter the woman, the dumber she gets? 3) Funny you didn't mention the Denture Scene. Puts a smile on why he's so serious about M.
Despite some of the cool action sequences, I would have loved to see a more badass 1-on-1 action between the old 007 and the new 007. Could have been a total badass master vs student type of thing.
A little slow at times, but good. Certainly not the best Bond of all time, but worth a viewing. Spoiler Javier Bardem's Character had no limits due to his months of torture; therefore he would do anything, including being bi-sexual.
