I doubt it will be though. Just go look at the reviews it's getting on Rotten Tomatoes. Sounds like it's anything BUT boring.

Funny, the trailer I saw looked pretty much like the opposite of boring.

1hr and 30 mins? What's this. A cartoon? Was so looking forward to this but the run time is a big turn off.

Even after viewing the trailers you can say that?

(tough crowd - but I guess that's why we express our opinions so we don't blow up and kill someone)

Anyone thinks this looks boring without watching the movie is either a child or just doesn't appreciate films in general.

Has Sandra Bullock ever showed skin in her career as an actress? I haven't fapped to her yet.

So, this movie is about Sandra Bullock in a space suit doing a space walk, being adrift in space orbiting around a planet after stuff blows up, and George Clooney finding a way to rescue her before she burns up on re-entry? Doh!

I guess. I don't enjoy these types of movies but nevertheless, I do watch them because I don't let trailers determine if it's good or not.

I like comedy or action movies and that's what I watch most of the time.
Movies like "Training Day" by Denzel..

It's amazing how much cinema has changed in the last 20 years.

It's cool. One of these days Adam Sandler will get stuck on a blimp that cannot drop below 5.5 laughs an hour. The world awaits its genius.

    EDIT: updated RT scores.

My goodness this movie is beasting on RottenTomatoes right now. Overall 97% with a 9.1 rating after 183 reviews. It's also at 100% with a 9.4 rating among the 43 "Top Critic" reviews submitted.

Not trying to be hyperbolic here, but strictly in a quantitative sense, that is "one of the best movies ever made" territory.

Most movies that pull a solid 95%+ on RT still only manage an average rating in the 7's or low 8's because a lot of those positive reviews were of the "liked it" rather than the "loved it" variety. Apparently critics are indeed loving this movie.

Going to see this either tomorrow or Friday in true IMAX 3D.

I thought beasting was a term used for sports performance?

I saw it a couple weeks ago for a special screening.. Thought it was great.. Short but great.. Not a boring minute, craziness starts almost right when the movie starts..

Will i see it again, probably not.. Is it worth 10 bucks, absolutely, def. a movie that won't be near as awesome on your tv at home.

This is looking like it might contend for an Oscar. Definitely going to try and catch this on an IMAX 3D screen.

Agreed -- I was hoping for a 3+ hour run time.
