The Kings did a dirty, they got buyers remorse it seems.

Chuck has probably missed the big payday now, and we have no room for him on the Rockets....

Can't amnesty anyone now: The amnesty deadline has passed. They still have the amnestt right since they didn't use it this time, but they'll have to wait until the next offseason (July 2012) to use it.

So, this must be the reason why the Kings pulled their offer to Dalembert?

Trade Flynn for a conditional 2nd rounder. Find a good team that will trade a lottery protected 1st rounder for Jordan and the acquired 2nd rounder. Bring back chuckwagon.

Stupid question, but would we have Chuck's bird rights again with the Kings deal voided?

Yes, I was thinking they got the news earlier than the public and pulled their offer knowing Chuck would want to return.

I hope Chuck returns home, he doesn't belong in Sac.

Hayes underwent "a full day of exhaustive testing and exams" yesterday and this morning was cleared to return to the court, BDA Sports said.

Hayes, whose contract was voided by the Kings after a failed physical, "can continue to play basketball without any concerns," BDA says.

Agent Calvin Andrews tells Y! Sports Sac frontrunner to sign Chuck Hayes, but Hou, SA, Minny in mix too. Decision likely to come after Xmas.

It is Hayes' preference to return to the Kings, who previously voided his four-year, $21M contract, source says.

Chuck would be a good fit in Memphis, although I don't believe they'd have money to sign him.

I could see him in Sacramento, and if they don't want him, maybe Minnesota. Where all he'd have to do is defend the other team's best big man, since Love can get the rebounds.

If he's truly healthy, I wish we could sign him. Boards, d's up, passes. Just a great dude to have on the team.

I don't see him as a good fit for the Rockets unless we make a trade. I've always felt Chuck played best as a defensive-minded power forward, and is too small to play center except against a team intentionally "going small". But we have no minutes to give to a power forward, between Scola, PPat, Hill, and Morris. Motiejunas could come over pretty soon as well.
