Or the fact that he gets to play next to one of the best young centers in the league at his natural position, rather than having to anchor our defense as histories shortest center. Chuck is just a good fit in Sacramento. Be happy for the guy. Here he would just be getting in the way of the progression of Patterson, Morris, Dalembert, Hill and Thabeet.

I'm really not here to argue the point - I just want to be pissed - cuz i'm pissed and let me be pissed . . .

But . . . if you think Chuck would be "getting in the way" of the progress of Thabeet and Hill . . . Dude that cracks me up . . . I'd rather have the Spike Lee Lil' Penny version of Chuck Hayes on the floor than Thabeet or Hill . . .

Yes Lil' Chuck Vs. Full Size Thabeet - Lil' Chuck wins 110-88

Tell it to Stern. We woulda had the Chuckwagon back if we had Gasol and Nene.

    Haha.....underrated reply....

    Mediocre without, mediocre with.

In the spirit of Chuck, how about the Rox just make due with what they DO have.

Looking back keeps you from MOVING forward.

Chuck was great and did a lot for the team, but he's gone now.

    Time to let dude go.

    Agree.

Houston would have never made it deep in the playoffs with Chuck (a 6'6 center). He's a great defender but not much of a scorer, it's time to move on..
Sacramento played great for their first game deput but I don't expect much out of them either this season. :)

Good for Chuck, we don't need Glue in Houston, we need Bricks and morter.

I am from Sactown and just in case you guys don't know....they already name Chuck Hayes as the captain of the team. He is the most vocal player during practice preaching defense and all the players like him. There is no question he is going to change the Kings into a great defensive team along with Salmon.

I love and miss Chuck but if it is a trade between him and Sam (and it essentially is, given there is only cap room for one), I think it is a fair trade.

Chuck Hayes is the glue alright. He's the main reason we were stuck in mediocrity.

With Hayes we weren't winning, we were getting by at best.

You haven't been watching. They are going to tear it up this season.

Denver and Portland don't get enough respect.

    Gallo, Lawson, Afflalo

    Aldridge, Wallace, Matthews

Underrated non-superstar big 3s, but deep teams.

Thank you for believing there are better players on that Nuggets team than NeNe.

That's a main BS. Chuck Hayes is not our main guy.

We need glue as well as brick, mortar and other building material. What we don't need are pieces of **** like your boys Spanoulis and Wafer.
