No, I am saying that because of the nature of our sprawl that drinking and driving are more prevalant so our government decides to raise the drinking age in the hopes that by the time people are 21 they will be more responsible.

I think it is a crock, myself....and if you can vote, and join the army, you can certainly be trusted to drink a beer.

Mooch that sounds like an awesome idea as long as there are not alot of kids there. Now that I'm older I realized I love to do things that I used to do when I was a kid .... DRUNK. Its a blast. Putt putt, Go Karts (this ones awesome) Hide & Go Seek. You should try all of them.

Despising the U.S.A. about setting dates does not mean I am bashing it. I am just despising it. Also, I never said I hated it... I said "call me when you can invade China..." that's like, Deke shaking his index finger at Yao.

Sorry. Didn't mean to make it sound like that.

Points for creativity, but I say this gets old in 5 minutes. And if there's lots of kids, 5 seconds. I'm all for drunken craziness, especially on your 21st, but doing it around kids is not a great idea. If you're a decent person you'll probably want to limit all types of talk not appropriate around kids.

From personal experience: The friends and I go to this party. Lots of fun and drinking. Afterwards, around 6am we head to Denny's crazy drunk. One friend is especially loud and likes dropping f-bombs when we're drunk (I'm sure many of you have the same friend). After 5 minutes the mother at the next table complains to us and the manager that we shut it up, as it turns out she's there w/ her two kids around 5-10 yrs old. We're pretty blitzed to not recognize our surroundings, so we're surprised and apologetic. I can't blame the mother, it's not cool to do around kids.

Not to mention, there's no liquor at Chuck E Cheese's right? No forcing your friends to do shots? Where's the fun in that?

The biggest reason why Chuck E. Cheese's...I guess the ball pit. For that matter we may as well go to a Burger King or a McDonald's with a Play Place.

    Two drink limit sucks.

True, chances are a D&B would be better. I like the Go Karts idea. I REALLY like the drunken Go Karts idea.

As to why not a better place? Well the guy who is going to be 21 has apparently never been drunk. Kind of ****ing weird, I know. Plus it's a change up from bars and clubbing for others' 21st.

Regarding Denny's...last time I was at one was almost two years ago at 3 in the morning. The guy in the booth across the dining area was finger(gerund) the girl he was with. Not a pretty sight. :(

On another note, I just got the idea of a strip club...

Why don't you go all the way and just go to a day care playground? Or perhaps you could crash a boy scout meeting?

Going from Chuckecheeses to strip club isn't that much a stretch... Both places have ball pits.

You might need some extra cash to hook the b-day boy up if you go with the strip club.

Just an FYI, I'm doing my b-day party this year at a new place called 1820 in downtown. Apparently, the last friday of the month, this place lets people in to use their old school video games, and it connects to a bar.

So basically, we're all going to drink and play old school games like track and field, punch out, and street fighter all night long.
