Feigen's writing style has always irritated me for some reason.

It's like he's trying to be too dramatic with every last sentence.

A lot of his sentences are so oddly constructed that you have to read them a couple of times to get the point.

He needs to realize that he's talking about basketball and not reviewing a play.

They call it the wild wild west for a reason, the grizz keep on getting better, obviously all the teams that got in this year are good, we'll be playoff calier next year. That's 10 teams who could make the playoffs. But there's only 8 spots.

Anyone wanna move the Rockets to the East coast?

The West has big names and big names rack up regular season victories. Kobe, Carmelo, Dirk, Duncan, Durant, Nash, Amare, Roy, and others I can't think of at the moment. With so many stars, it's no wonder the West is a meat grinder.

Might be an interesting topic post. We can try to predict who's going to be there in the coming years (in no particular order):

Lakers will be there until Kobe stops playing at an All-star level.
Portland will be there if they are healthy.
OKC will obviously be there unless their GM is a complete tard and he can't make a solid move in the offseason.
Dallas? They'll be one of the 10 teams you are talking about. They probably have one more year before all of their role players simultaneously lose it due to age.
San Antonio? Everyone gets older, their window keeps on closing, but they could be one of the 10 contending playoff teams.
Houston will make the playoffs next season barring some unseen chemistry issue. We've been missing a post presence all season and now we're getting one back (that can play 30 minutes a game).
Phoenix is an interesting case because Amare could split, and if he stays you are only going as far as Nash takes you.
Memphis could be if they can hold on to Gay (restricted FA).
Denver will probably make it, but one of these days Billups' age is going to catch up with him.
Utah is an interesting case. You'd think Boozer and Okur are gone now. So they could easily fall out of the race.

I guess that's 10 teams. Three of them might be out because of free agency taking their players and another three could be out due to old age of their key players.

Our guys almost cracked the elite eight without Yao Ming and other injuries.

We also had a $23 million albatross that barely played.

This team is going to be so good, next year it is not even funny. Regardless of who we end up with, Bosh; Amare; BM; #14th Pick; someone from across the seasons.

As we stand right now, the only glaring weakness we have is center, which is because have no true backup and Yao is on IR.

We are set at every other position.
