BD doing the walking tour of the Big Apple, only place he went that he could ball was the 4th St. courts in the Village. Him and Common should of hooked up at the Rucker and ran one. And I see Clutch has a Champs banner ad with a pic of BDs shoe.
Damon jones had a li ning endorsement 5 yrs ago. The nike and addidas guys dont switch to anta unles there is a serious overpay. Like i said before, yao is more valuable to the nba than he is to the rockets.
The commercial is pretty cool. <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/o1hqM-A5J00?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/o1hqM-A5J00?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>
Debateable... but your probably right. Yao's value to the rockets cannot be questioned, however. http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/7244306.html
those shoes look kind of poorly made. mainly i dont like the thickness of the white sole... pretty tall for a bball shoe (makes it easier to catch an edge and roll over) style aint bad though.
Maybe some of these is still for good quality control(QC) if QC is better, everything is fine so they dont move in now just for better marketing in the future
Maybe those pictures are not good enough, my friend has a pair, they look ok. PEAK got better looks, but they are not available yet, will ask my colleague to buy a pair of BATMAN shoes when he goes to China for business this December.....
I don't know but I've never heard Mr. Carl talk this way before. Not even to me who has deserved it on more than one occasion.
To kind of reiterate the popularity of Yao amongst the Chinese people: My cousin got married two years ago, and even setting up her wedding plans, she tried to mimic everything Yao did for his marriage, right down to the actual wedding venue where they got married. Her reasoning was "if Yao got married here, surely it is the best place for me to do the same." Chinese people are fanatic about Yao in every possible way that is imaginable.
I don't think so..and that's what Leebigez was trying to say...not everyone needs Yao to score an endorsement deal in China.
