[CHRONIC] No T-Mac, no surprise for Rockets players

    No Tracy dont do it, you dont want to be the next Penny dont end your career never getting out of the first round. Just take the whole season off and find a new trainer to rehab your knee for the rest of the season. 3 doctors already said you should continue playing on it, you dont need microfracture surgery if the top doctors are saying you dont. You make it seem like want microfracture so you can collect your money without ever playing again. I wish you the best but think about it, it will most likely mean the end of your career.

    i find it curious that none of the player quotes indicate tmac has spoken directly to them..they were just as in the dark as the coaches and org...does he not have any friends on the team? he has definitely distanced himself from the rockets...

    I think all he is seeing is next year is a buildup to his last contract and he is hooting for that. I don't think he should gamble on microfracture surgery if the doctors are saying what you allude to above. But, he must have received some advice to have the surgery as it relates to playing long term. Big gamble, though.
