The more the board reflects on this, the more we all may begin to realize that the TMac/Ming era might be over before it ever got going. I so hope this is not true, but it very possibly could be the case. If Ming and TMac can never again play at 100%, or if they don't return at all, this team has absolutely NO foundation to build on. Nothing. It would be a complete do-over. This team has essentially been going nowhere for about ten years now.

Look isn't the whole city in agreement that we got screwed over 'cause of injuries? With Yao's coming out party, if we had T-Mac's points every game, and less RyBo impression by Bogans and Brunson (atleast on the jumpshot), we would definitley make the playoffs. What about that 20 game stretch when we didn't have Yao, and thus, no big man? And we still managed to stay in contention?

Injuries screwed us over, not lack of passion. It may have been there, but that wasn't the thing that kept us out of the playoffs. Lack of players was that thing.
