I seriously hope BW is misinformed ala his Chicago signed Lowry to an offer sheet, because six weeks from one week is flatout BS.

How long does an sprained ankle take to heal? Another 3 weeks for Yao? Gee who could have seen that coming?

Not really surprising that he'll miss another 3 weeks or 4 or however many he'll really miss.(See below) Went from 1 wk to 2 weeks to now 3 wks.

Really who didn't see this coming. Rockets have always understated time main players will be out with injuries. What will happen now, wait for the Yao and Brooks to come back or make a move? I know the Rockets will not make any moves, wonder what the record will be when they do come back?

So much for winning the next 7, they lost to the Mavericks(2nd game). You still holding onto that dream? Rockets are not good enough.

You, BetterThanEver, are WorseThanBefore if you don't think having Yao and Brooks back will help this team.

Damn. Now AB has no shot at being an All-Star.

    Next season, I guess.

In 2 weeks, Bill will be on the air saying Yao is still "a couple weeks away", then morey will tweet saying "yao is getting set to return, but will probably be at least a week" and then woj from Yahoo will break an article saying Yao is done for the season. The Rockets will deny it and then finally release a statement saying Yao is going to undergo surgery.

You need to just sign off, even if Yao comes back he's too hampered to even be slightly effective. How is a guy that runs down the shot clock or can't get a crucial rebound in traffic going to help this team? He cannot and he's done. Don't be a blind fan because your annoyance will be what gets you banned.

yes!! absolutely!! they clearly haven't paid him enough or been loyal enough!! i mean, sure he's missed as many games as he's played in the last 5 seasons...but the Rockets clearly haven't done enough.

oh my crap, i can't wait till this is over.

You're making it sound like it's his fault when it is not.

No link, just Bill claiming, on TV, both are due back in 3 weeks. He even double checked with Bull and he agreed. Bill probably just said what the team had told him as a worst case scenrio but its Yao so you know its probably true.

hsf09's rotowire link hinted at this being the case on the 26th soooooo....
