I've got no problems with his comments. The kid wants to play -- I admire that. Ideally, no he shouldn't be talking to the media. But so what? Not every player is a perfect angel.
Dude NO ONE IS BEATING DOWN MOREY'S DOOR FOR ANY ROCKET! LEE, BATTIER, BUDINGER HAVE BEEN AVERAGE AT BEST!
Worst player on the team crying about PT, zzzzzz. Maybe prove that you can play ball in practice like all the other young guys have and you'll see the floor some time.
He'll put up superior numbers than Lee, Battier, & Budinger. The Rockets suck dude, Give the guy a break and play him.
Second worst duh! But ya, unless Battier gets traded, I see no reason to give PT to this guy over Bud and Lee who have shown far more potential in their young careers.
The guy played as many minutes last year as Bud and didn't impress anyone. Why do you think the Nets couldn't get anything but a low 1st rounder/second rounder for him? I'm just saying yall have no basis whatsoever for thinking he's going to be a star, you might as well say Jordan Hill has superstar potential, hell he's played less than TWill. It's not like Adelman is bringing in guys like JJ as the first 3 off the bench, he's playin young guys who have proven themselves in this league.
He won rookie of the month for Apr 2010. Has Chase ever even won that? There is my basis plus the dude has a Trip-dub on his resume against Chicago.
Arguement: Adleman never plays the young guys. Rebuttal: Brooks, Lowry, Landry, Hill, Patterson and Budinger. Arguement: T-Will was a lotto pick. Rebuttal: So were Sean May, Mike Sweetney and Stromile Swift. Arguement: T-Will was triple-doubling in the D-League. Rebuttal: He cried about, and Jermaine Taylor was a D-League all-star talent himself who didn't whine nearly as much, if any.
Terrence Williams will get his chance, Adelman isn't going to the coach for much longer and were trading away some vets. All he needs is a little more patience, some minutes will definitely open up by friday...
