You have no idea what you are talking about. Tmac got 14 shots while Yao only got 5 when they played together in the first half. You call this carrying the team when Yao is out?

Actually, three point misses have a higher chance of an offensive rebound than a midrange/long 2-pointer. As for the drawing of fouls, I agree. He will draw some fouls, but our team also isn't completely comprised of Rafer. We have far better shooters who are in the 40% range. All in all, we're talking about extremes here. The truth should be somewhere in the middle. Even if Yao should force some shots, it shouldn't be more than two a game. He is far more effective if he plays within the offense, and gets his shooters open shots. Down the stretch if we need a basketball badly, then he should try to score regardless of the defense, but those are situational, and not the gameplan.

You complain about T-mac in the 1st half but yet he was about the only reason we were in the game at that point.

Yes, if it is Yao who took 14 shots rather than Tmac we would have already lost 20 points in the first half. We all know that. Yao can shoot 4/5 in the first half but will be like 5/14 if he get more shots. We all know that.

What in the hell are you talking about? In the 1st half T-mac numbers were good so why are you complaining about his 1st half performance? In the 2nd half is when T-mac was struggling on the offensive side of the ball. In the 1st half T-mac took good shots. Do some of you even watch the damn game?

T-mac struggles this game was on defense and in the 2nd half.

He definitely wasn't the only reason we lost.

You whine and complain about Yao not getting enough shot, yet in the 1st half Yao was winded and he was sick. Goodness

lol, Yao was sick in the first half and still got 4/5 from the field...

You keep saying that Tmac took more shots this game because Yao was sick. But that's not the true reason. I already listed numbers from the last 4 games in my first post. Tmac is the one who wants more shots. He will shoot at least 5 times more that Yao in the next game, the game after next and so on. You wanna bet with me?

What rox playing right now is not inside-out.

It is tmac pick&roll and then distribute the ball, he is the core of rox offense, not yao.

Poor TMac lovers, you have to admit TMac is a fraud. He said Yao should take 25 shots one game yesterday. Tonight he had 21 shots and Yao had only 11.

True and I also hate when he has Yao set those old jvg picks up high of the key. Yao should not be wasting his energy setting picks. He should be down low.

That's exactly what I want to say. It's Tmac's team since he has the ball and makes all decisions. No one can change that when he is on the court, not Yao, not Adelman.

The biggest reason the Rockets lost last night was problems on defense.

This is an entirely separate issue. I'm just pointing out that T-Mac is all talk and no walk.

That's half of the problem with T-mac. can you imagine Kobe saying that Bynum is the guy? While I think he's right, its the lack of pride and aggressive mind set that bugs me. All the truly great ones from Hakeem, to Michael, to Kobe ALL think they ARE the guy. It's a fine line between ego and confidence. While you can't be a jerk, you can't be passive either.
