I didn't think it was possible he could do a whole offseasons worth of training in 10 days, like he said he did. But I took his word for it when he said he was back physically. Now he says he's still not there physically? WTF, he's contradicting himself. His words mean nothing. I'm jumping on the trade T-Mac bandwagon even if it sets us back a couple years. Its time to move on.
heard enough of these crap, excuses after excuses, this guy still can't face the fact that he is done.
hes not done, he had surgery, and you have to remember he is human, it takes time to recover, this season is shot, but next season he will 100%
Dude, relax. This article was posted over a month ago before 10 day workout he talked about. He's still saying he's back, but that he's still building the knee. I think that missed dunk off the bad leg illustrated that is still has a ways to go. His mental hesitation was a big part of that as well. He slowed way down and lost all his momentum. He'll keep getting better, I'm just afraid it won't be fast enough.
It's hard for the guy physically. He needs to get his knees in shape and slam that doubt into oblivion! Great find. Thanks for posting.
Make up a phantom injury, wheel him in for a sham surgery, shut him down for another 6 -8 weeks. Than tell him he can come off the bench or stay home. LOL Keep telling yourself that.
I think we should just remember that we, as fans, are the ones who create much of the drama. It would be a lot more tolerable if there weren't 28,000 threads/hour about T-Mac. If we simply learned to shake our heads and shrug off his empty words, my what a place this would be. ... but we don't.
Wait...so he's done b/c he can't jump off the leg he says is hurt? He's faking it right? A guy who cares about his self-image so much, he'd purposely embarrass himself to that level? C'mon... Even if his leg is done, which is doubtful, it's not like he's completely useless now. I think you guys overreact.
practice? what are we talking about . . . practice? not the game, the game i love so much, but practice? cmon man. practice? cmon.
All he talked about was offense and ignoring scoring opportunities. Dude, we need you to play D and get some defensive rebounds. U look pathetic on D. Go sit down somewhere and let Artest and Wafer get some. I could also include Teflon Don Shane in this conversation.
What about all that hype about how good that 2 weeks off was and how he was going to be back to full force? Now all of a sudden he's "physically down" again. He's running out of time to sit out and really "get right", and still make an impact this season. He needs to take a month or more off now, rehab and get back to where he needs to be. If he does it now he can be back in time for the stretch run and the playoffs.
Screw that, the team can not go on with the in and out situation. Just sit him for the rest of the year and work his butt out. DD
