Hope no more significant injuries for this team, but Mike Harris seems to be the spare tire if something were to happen (particularly to a forward).

I wish Mike Harris would get another chance and earn a spot. He's a talented guy...just always seems to be the odd man out.

Haha it's pretty obvious Morey would consider bringing up Harris. McGrady will be limited to 7-8 minutes and Budinger's minutes will have to come from somewhere. JT is not ready for meaningful game action yet and Battriza already play a bunch of minutes. Considering Adelman won't budge on giving Mac more playing time, Harris is more ready for minutes than JT is. I would've liked for him to be called up now but we'll see how Adelman handles the rotation.

Is Harris a PF or is he a SF? He's shooting 3pters at a pretty high rate.

JT told me he will be on the court soon. This was before Chase went down too.

It was just a casual conversation at the Season Ticket holder Winter Party.

I personally would like to see what he can do when we are going through dry spells on the court on offense. He obviously can get to the hoop.

Unless his skill level and/or strength have improved exponentially since we last saw him, MH remains a tweener in need of expansion to 32 teams, alas his alack of that extra skill set...

Not against NBA competition he can't.....he can't go left, he doesn't have the quickness advantage at the pro level he has enjoyed his entire career, and he has no clue how to move off the ball in a purposeful manner.

Now, he certainly can improve, but he is not anything more than a 15th man at best right now, and honestly not as good as a lot of guys in the D-league.

Did McGrady tell you he isn't going to get on the court?

Didn't you also say Tmac's time here is done? IMO you're already paying enough attention for the entire forum :p

On topic, feel bad for Harris, he's still out of the NBA while somebody like Ryan Bowen managed to spend 10 years on an NBA roster, and guys like Scalabrine (whom I would say is inferior in every way to Harris) managed to earn double digit contracts. I guess some guys no matter how good never really can catch a break...
