Lol.. maaan I'd rather we sign Oakley to another 10-day if we're gonna get another dinosaur.

Anyone have any news on Butler, is he still playing in some kinda league somewhere?

Davis had a hard time getting off the bench for Detroit in the playoffs last year. Played 8 of the Piston's 16 playoff games. Averaged 1 point (.364% shooting), 1.5 rebounds, O.1 assists, and had 2 blocks in his 8 games... both against Orlando in 2 different games as Detroit swept the Magic in the first round. His best game was probably in a win against Cleveland, when he went 2-4 and 1-2 from the line, for 5 points, with 3 boards in 5 minutes. Those 4 shots were half of what he took in the 8 games he played.

Can't we do better than Davis? Heck, he used to be pretty solid. That was a long time ago!

Well, there is that. Maybe Davis has found the fountain of youth that Morey has hidden in his office. I'd still rather have someone with a bit more spring in their step. We've already have our veteran inside presence with Deke.

This time of year there aren't any good big men floating around. I'd rather have Dale Davis than Justin Williams for the next 16 games.

Dale Davis is old and is garbage. He would not help us at all, he has no energy especially when he will be coming off the bench.

When the hell did we get Justin Williams???When did he play? HE SORRY

Thirty-eight isn't old (says the 37-year-old who is still sore from mowing the yard and weeding the flower beds on Saturday).

one thing is for sure... he is a hell of a post defender.

we could've used davis in the games against the hawks and bobcats when horford and okafor were abusing everyone we threw at them.

he's stronger than scola, quicker than deke, and taller than hayes.

if/when we see a post player in the playoffs that isn't a good match for anyone on the roster, davis will come in handy.

Davis would basically be 6 fouls to give and some added muscle to our frontcourt for the playoffs if one of the main guys gets into foul trouble. Plus he is a veteran who has playoff experience. It's not like he is going to come in and be asked to avg a double double.

Did Willis win a ring with San Antonio? I would like any backup ancient to at least have won a ring.

It would be nice if Williams were kept on if it was evidence that he had game, and a future with the Rox. But, does he?

what's wrong with Kevin Willis? People here think Dale Davis is too old, yet Kevin Willis signed with the Mavs last year.

come on dude, class of 1984, give him some love!
