talking about transition offense, can they even finish the break with basket even when they are actually on a break? from the game I last watched (Spurs game), they sure don't like capable of doing it, (minus the last 40 seconds).

Tmac is the only one on this team good at finishing. Yao is too, but it doesn't matter since he won't be running breaks.

Those who say that Boki isn't our answer are right. But I brought his name up because he is our best 3pt shooter so far. Putting him in the IL and freeing Gaines means that JVG is not really serious about fixing our shooting problem.

I cant believe iam saying this but Ward might just be our best shooter form 3 pt range. I wouldnt mind seeing him get a few (very few) mins off of the bench.

JVG doesn't understand the point in helping players make shots..
Obviously, players need to get into a rhythm to start makings shots.. Easy layups, or hell, fastbreak points are those that make a players into rhythm or get out of shooting slump! How can you have rhythm if every shot taken is within the last 5 sec of the shot clock! or all shots taken w/ set defense! Mix it up dude, JVG!!

Exactly. JVG is complaining about the shooting, which he should, but he put one of our best shooters on the IL with no injury.

Boki isn't Dirk, but he was hitting his 3's with consistency, and was even 2nd in the league at one point. Putting Boki on the IL in place for Gaines and/or Bowen, just shows that JVG will sacrifice scoring for defense anytime, even when scoring is what we need the most.
