This is the second time I received a personal insult from you, unprovoked. The first time I ignored it; all in good fun I assumed. Now, it's starting to look like you're just a jerk.

well I apologize for my language but man, those things get me really mad because it happens with me a lot.. I give an example to prove a point, and people start finding holes in it as if we are in the court of law or something..

I really hate it when I have to use this kind of language and people who I really respect like u have to read it..

and I am not a newbie.. :D .. I've been readin this board for a long time.. I just dont post often because as u can see, my attitude gets me into worthless arguments with guys like the ones trying to mess with Rockets Dynasty..

Technically that's Bill Brasky. The whole Chuck Norris thing was just a ripoff of that.

wrong again. the rules about leaving the bench were put in for the 93 playoffs.

    1993 Playoffs
Any player leaving the bench area during a fight will be fined $2,500, up from $500, and that player’s team will be fined $5,000 for each of its players who leave the bench area.

Join the club. For a few people here, disagreeing with them makes you a target for juvenile personal insults. I guess they can't help themselves. Like I said in another thread, it's like they want to run you off the playground and stick their tongue out.

You make up stories a lot to prove points? If what you say has holes, then you better own up to it and rethink or retract it.

no sir, I dont make up stories.. but for example, lets say I go "I think back in 1997, this rule changed", I get 80000 people telling me "oh, ur sources are wrong, it was in december of 1996 according to National Basketball Association.."..

u know what, I dont care if I was a couple months off. .. I was actually just trying to say that this random thing happened sometime back then.. dont go into details.. just focus on the big picture... dont try to test ur "Lawyer skills".. pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaase...

At the top of page 5, Durvusa points out that Rodman was on the IL for a month, so it had the be the 1st game in Cleveland on 11/9/1995. Rockets Dynasty later confirms that his account of Rodman coming off the bench was of that game.

Now, I don't like piling on that much, and also because at the time I was still unsure of whether Rockets Dynasty really did have a true experience and just exagerrated his memory a little, or if this was a totally made up story and he was just a child or someone that needed to lie a lot or something...anyhow, I did a little reseach.

    Thanks to LexisNexis:

1st game in Cleveland that season from 11/09/1995, Bulls won 106-88
um, Dennis Rodman was not in the stadium here.

    BODY:
Subtracting Dennis Rodman from the Chicago Bulls didn't seem to do them
    any harm at all.
    ....................
Rodman sat out because of a strained calf muscle that the team said
would probably keep him out at least one more game; Rodman told a radio
station earlier in the day that he might miss a month.

The Bulls said they were prepared for either scenario.

''It's a good sign for this team to be able to expand its roles with a
man missing and still be productive,'' Jordan said.

The Bulls listed Rodman as doubtful for Saturday's game against Portland
and said he would be day-to-day after that. Rodman was not on the bench in
    Cleveland.

um, yeah, so I guess this dude is a lying troll. This is bad. It's one thing to be mistaken and exagerrating about stuff, but it's another to be a troll.

Should we just keep piling on the guy, or should he be reported and banned? Does he add anything worthy at all? It's like having a propogandist in the midst. I don't know. Dude, stop trolling and just back up your boy Sura with opions and facts, not made up lies.

Thank you. It didn't make much sense to me that Rodman would have even been in attendence. This confirms thta.

Again, giving Dynasty the benefit of the doubt, perhaps it was the following season. Sometimes I'm a year off when I try to recall regular season games. Does Lexis bring up anything for the Chi-Cle game on 12/28/96?

hmmmmm, not really.. the point is Sura is trying to come back, and the rockets left a spot for him, do u agree with that move or do u think that they should've done something else... u can comprehend taht easily from the title and from the article.. now if the title was "True story: Sura whipped Jordan's butt", it's something else...

The difference is he was very detailed and confident in his account. He was even giving quotes of what Jordan actually said to Sura during the game. As someone else noted, if all he said was, "Yeah, I remember back in 1996 Sura got into a fight with Jordan. And afterwards, Jordan and Pippen both called him a great competitor", I wouldn't have been as suspicious. But what he described was so incredible and so chalk full of outlandhish details, I'm surprised it's not common knowledge.
